Earlier this week, BKAV’s pair of AirB and AirB Pro headphones reached domestic customers.
Not long after receiving the headphones, a number of technology YouTube channels posted video reviews of this headset.
Recently, in response to these negative reviews, BKAV CEO Nguyen Tu Quang posted an article on social networks, claiming that the reviewers `do not have enough professional qualifications` and evaluate the product `according to their own standards`.
`Not qualified enough!
This is my opinion as a technology manufacturer, for the majority of so-called technology `reviewers` today.
These people rely on technology manufacturers such as Bkav or Apple, Samsung and products from China.
Receiving money, in some respects, is acceptable as payment for their work.
Because they have no professional qualifications, when evaluating products, they will mostly say what the manufacturer gives them.
Mr. Quang then `caught` a series of reviewers and pointed out their mistakes in the product evaluation process.
`A guy who is passionate about headphone sound, with graphs and characteristics that seem highly specialized, criticizes AirB badly. But in fact he does not have the minimum knowledge of electronic signals and sound.
For example, this guy said that AirB doesn’t have a frequency range of 5Hz so the bass is poor, then he and another `reviewer` joked around to a ridiculous extent.

Another `reviewer` was said to also have gold or silver buttons. Right at the beginning of the clip, he identified himself as a BUFFALO EARS, but after that he still impartially evaluated and criticized the sound quality of the product.
A channel with the highest number of views `gave` the sound quality 5 points by commenting: `I DON’T FEEL the sound quality is clear or accurate, but the overall rating is 5/10`.
Others compensate for their lack of expertise by mainly evaluating the box and seal.
This is also the reason why BKAV decided to stop cooperating with reviewers from this year.
