Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on November 12 that Al-Shifa hospital, the largest hospital in Gaza, is being used as a Hamas command center and civilians need to be evacuated.

The prime minister said Israel is helping patients `by creating safe corridors` for evacuation.
While the Israeli military said an evacuation corridor had been opened in the Al-Shifa hospital area, the International Committee of the Red Cross said no one passed through the corridor.
Netanyahu reiterated that Israel will not agree to a `ceaseĀ fire across the entire area` of Gaza until all Israeli hostages are released.

The Israeli Prime Minister said that Hamas only called for a humanitarian pause in Gaza to end the war against this group.
